Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had rooms with zero soundproofing, no hot water, and below expected quality for a Movenpick hotel. The service, however, was exceptional and made our stay memorable. The location offered stunning views above Petra, but certain aspects were lacking. The dining options were varied, but some dishes fell short. Overall, there were mixed experiences during our stay.
The hotel had decently sized, luxurious rooms with smart TVs and great views, but the building was very outdated for the brand. The morning cleaning service at 8:00 AM was inconvenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing an early check-in and room upgrade for a perfect sunset view, yet some were unhelpful, particularly in the restaurant. The location was ideal, just across the street from Petra. The dining options were delicious and varied, except for some Spanish dishes. The facilities were top-notch, however, the price may not reflect the value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, while comfortable and spacious, had some odd electrical issues. The service was friendly and helpful overall but lacked expertise in certain areas. The location was convenient but had some drawbacks. The dining experience was varied, with some delicious options mixed with less impressive dishes.
The hotel is a bit hard to locate due to its odd design, but the rooms are nice, clean, and spacious with a variety of food options for meals and very friendly staff. However, it could use better signage and elevator arrangements. The service was professional and accommodating, offering assistance with tickets and transportation to other locations. The location, while beautiful, is a bit distant from the main attractions. The dining experience is decent but lacks flavorful dishes. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the hills, providing a very comfortable and calm atmosphere. The early morning room cleaning at 08:00 was a nice touch, ensuring everything was fresh for the day.
