The hotel had rooms with zero soundproofing, no hot water, and below expected quality for a Movenpick hotel. The service, however, was exceptional and made our stay memorable. The location offered stunning views above Petra, but certain aspects were lacking. The dining options were varied, but some dishes fell short. Overall, there were mixed experiences during our stay.
The hotel had decently sized, luxurious rooms with smart TVs and great views, but the building was very outdated for the brand. The morning cleaning service at 8:00 AM was inconvenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing an early check-in and room upgrade for a perfect sunset view, yet some were unhelpful, particularly in the restaurant. The location was ideal, just across the street from Petra. The dining options were delicious and varied, except for some Spanish dishes. The facilities were top-notch, however, the price may not reflect the value for money.
